Gingered Pork Chops in Orange Juice

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
Good meal if you like OJ. The kids enjoyed the taste however it was to much for my husband. I only had Sunny D next time I will tried 100% OJ and less. Was not watery since I used a tablespoon of cornstarch as stated by other reviews. Overall it did have a good and different flavor for chops. Also I cooked addtion 15 mins and the meat was very tender.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Great dish my family loved this meal. After two attempts at the sauce it finally came out just right. Once I read the reviews I realize I needed to cut down on the soy(too salty first batch) so I did half soy and half water which gave me extra sauce which my kids spreaded on the dirty rice kit meatless I served alone with the meal. I did double up on the ingredient. We will used this sauce deal on other meats in the future.

OMG! My family loved them. After reading the reviews I did cut back on the soy and I used the 24 muffin tray to bake them. They came out great and moist. Since I did not have blue cheese I used the feta cheese. Will cook again and more of them for my kids and husband.

My family loved this dish including my sister family who I forwarded the recipe via email. We follow recipe as stated however I did add crushed red pepper for a mixture of sweet and spicy taste. Also since I did not have enough honey I used some maple flavor syrup also(lite). A great taste. It came out just like the photo.

Saucy Lima Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
My family loved this recipe. I used dried lima beans prepare according to package. Also I opted not to used the half and half since I knew my teenager would not try to dish. However I made a gravy with flour to thicken the dish and Ham Shank similar to ham hock to give more flavor alone with the other ingredients. This dish will be including in our monthly rotation. It took longer to cook as aspected when using a slow cooker.
