Special Deviled Eggs
Not for my taste. They were soo bad that I thought I had not followed the recipe correctly. I would suggest using 1 teas of horshradish and 1 teas of mustard - that maybe a start. The relish was a nice touch, but I wouldn't even attempt this recipe again.

Ham and Beans
Way too sweet. I think that the beginnings of a good soup are here, but definately read the other reviews.

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes
These were some of the best pancakes I've ever made. Only thing I would recommend is that you cook them on medium low heat. If you cook them too high the middle won't cook before they start to burn.
