Sarah's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Wonderful dip! I used roasted garlic as suggested above. Also roasted a small onion. Thought it was going to be too runny but after a day in the fridge it was perfect.THANKS!!

Iced Tea II

Love this iced tea. I reduced the sugar and added to the water just after reaching a boil. Easy and refreshing!!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Soooo good! Froze the leftover patties and they are the perfect late night meal solution. Reheat in the oven..yum! The sauce is also easy and very tasty. Thanks Sean

I've made this countless times, so easy and made with ingredients usually on hand. I use ketchup instead of tomato sauce and often substitute cider vinegar when im out of red wine vinegar. You won't be disappointed!!
