Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very good! It's a keeper. I added carrots and soul food seasoning to it and a little cubed velveeta cheese. We loved it!

Grandmother's Pork Chop Dinner

This was very good! I also reduced the amount of bacon grease and seasoned mine with Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning, salt and pepper. This will also make a good recipe to make when camping since it's basically in one pan. My husband loved it and I will be making it again!

Easy Pancakes

Awesome! I was looking for an easy from scratch recipe and I FOUND IT!! I did as the first reviewer did and used butter instead of oil and less baking pwder. I used homemade vanilla too which really made it awesome. The only thing I would do different next time is use unsalted butter, but thats my fault b/c i only had salted butter!

Yummy Pecan Pralines

Great, although I should have used halved pecans instead of pieces. I served these on a small dish on the desert bar at my holiday dinner and they were scooped up quick!
