Extreme Chocolate Cake

Awesome Cake!!! I didn't do the icing because I had some I needed to use, but it was the best chocolate cake I've ever had!!! My husband hates chocolate cake and he even liked it! The only other thing I did differently was made it in one cake pan because I didn't have smaller ones! Thanks so much for this recipe! I'm fighting the temptation not to eat a second piece!

Mexican Style Cornbread

I didn't have most of the ingredients, so I used this recipe as my base. I had a box of cornbread mix, made it as directed, added cream-style corn, shredded cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. I should have reduced the milk, but it was awesome anyway! Thanks!

Quick Biscuits

I made these for breakfast and they turned out perfectly! I didn't have heavy cream on hand, so I combined 3/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup butter, stirring for 2 minutes and used that instead. I ended up needing a little more than the 1 cup the recipe called for, but they were awesome! Normally, I am terrible at cooking biscuits, but these turned out great! The only thing was that mine didn't brown on top, not sure why but I am assuming I should have buttered the top??? Anyway, great recipe! Thanks!

4-H Corn Special

This recipe was great! I wasn't in the mood to be completely creative, so I used this recipe as a base and modified it. Rather than onion, I used bell pepper. I had breakfast sausage and added it to the ground beef when it was almost done. I took the advice of others and added various spices and extra sauce. Instead of plain rice I added Spanish rice because we had it left over. Rather than butter with the crackers, I used Italian dressing and mixed it with picante sauce. My husband loved it and we will definitely be using it again! Thanks so much!
