Quick Biscuits
I made these for breakfast and they turned out perfectly! I didn't have heavy cream on hand, so I combined 3/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup butter, stirring for 2 minutes and used that instead. I ended up needing a little more than the 1 cup the recipe called for, but they were awesome! Normally, I am terrible at cooking biscuits, but these turned out great! The only thing was that mine didn't brown on top, not sure why but I am assuming I should have buttered the top??? Anyway, great recipe! Thanks!
