About this Cook
I'm going to be a Sophomore at SDSU in Brookings. Most of the time I'm either stressing over homework, at work, or hanging out with friends. I'm usually quiet and shy right away when I meet a person but once I feel I know them I never stop talking. : )I take my family and friends very seriously. God has done some amazing things in my life, and I am trying to live my life for him, even though I mess up all the time.
My cooking triumphs
I learned how to make meatloaf after trying for about a year. now i make the best meatloaf
My cooking tragedies
hmmm.....thats hard to chose from! Because I am very inexperienced home cook, I have alot of kitchen disasters.

Chocolate Scotcheroos
AWESOME!!! By far the best rice krispy bars ever. Whenever I take these bars to a potluck, cookout, or picnik I never had leftovers, not even once. Both kids and adults love these. They disappear very quickly...that says alot about how good these bars are. I am always requested to bring scotcheroos to every gathering. =)

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
I didn't like. They certainly were not what I expected at all. They were hard instead of chewy.I have had chocolate chip cookies much better than this.

Bubble Pizza
The recipe definitely has alot of potential and was a great idea but there are a few errors in this recipe. First the biscuits didnt cook all the way through. so I cooked it longer and burned the other ingrediants. I would revise this recipe so that you start cooking the cut up buscuits in the oven 5-10minutes before adding the meat mixture and everything else and cook it for the given length of time. When everything is done add the cheeses. and cook a few minutes. It will taste better if the buscuits are cooked.
