oh goodness this was soo good. i mixed them in the flour mixture(without the pepper because i'm not a big fan of alot of spicey) in the morning and stuck them in the fridge till ready to cook that night. i decided to cook them for half the time then i brushed on sweet baby rays wing sauce and continued cooking another 23 minutes. they were amazing a little cripsy skin and JUICEY meat.
