I'm a busy mom so I really don't have too much time to spend in the kitchen, and this is why I like this site. It provides many recipes that are easy, quick, nutritous and D-lish! My children are are showing alot of interests in cooking and we found many recipes here that they can easily follow and prepare with minimal help from me. I prefer to bake. I usually bake from scratch but I will use a box mix. I like looking for cute recipe ideas for the children. Making cookies with my kids for all the holidays. They look forward to making and baking new creations! My triumph? Hmmm...anything that is edible? Seriously, I don't really have any triumphs. Im just happy when my family is happy.
