So when I quickly skimmed over this recipe, I ran to the store to get ingredients, came back, and realized that the recipe was for a cold salad, not a dinner! So I used this as a base. I cooked the noodles, set aside. I bought chicken tenders, and cooked them up. I then chopped two large tomatoes, 3 green onions, 2 cloves fresh garlic, balsamic, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, salt and pepper, oregano and a little crushed red pepper and mixed. After mixing, I added the tomato mixture to the noodles with the chicken, a dash of bread crumbs to thicken and a 6 oz. package of feta! It was AMAZING! My family was asking where I got the recipe from, so I thank you for the base of a wonderful new dish!! Try it!
