Blackberry Cobbler II

I have made this twice and it is delicious. The dough is wonderful. I do use an 8x8 pan and add a few more minutes baking time, but I use the ingredients as written. I am going to try the dough out this weekend with thickened canned peaches.

I made this recipe but I made rolls instead of loaves and froze half. I also added rosemary and garlic to the rolls and made a few with some red pepper added in addition to the other herbs. No complaints and no leftover rolls.

Herbed Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

The first time I made this as written with the exception of substituting beef broth for the chicken broth since that was all I had at the time. No complaints. I have made them twice with beef broth since. I also have used red potatoes and red onions since the first time I made this recipe and this dish was still delicious.

Scalloped Oysters I

I made this recipe as written and I didn't care for these at all. I thought the flavor of the oysters was too strong but my husband loved them. I won't make them again unless he asks for them. With the price of oysters, I would rather use them in a dressing recipe.

Annemarie's Lemon Bars

I have made this recipe five times in the last month. I bake the crust for 15 minutes instead of 20. I also add a dash of almond extract to the crust. These are very good bars, I just like the crust a certain way and 20 minutes makes the crust too hard IMO. I make the filling as written.
