Overnight Coffee Cake

Made for Christmas morning and there wasn't a crumb left. Increased topping by half because of amount of nuts I had and didn't make glaze, it is plenty sweet enough. Definitely adding to permanent collection!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Made for St. Patricks day with Corned beef and cabbage and the rest went toasted for breakfast. This is PERFECT soda bread. Slightly sweet, soft and moist on the inside, crusty out. Now on permanent rotation, thanks!

Chicken Piccata II

This was fantastic!!! Just wanted something different to make with chicken breasts but never expected anything this good. Only thing I did (I hate people who change half the recipe and review their version of it) was to sprinkle the finished product with capers. Mmm Mmmmm

Beef and Biscuit

WOW!!! I made it just like instructed with a dollop of sour cream and sliced Jalapenos on top. Good stuff! Definitely not fancy or healthy but we had no leftovers! Permanent addition to my box.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Recipe is very easy but did not think it was very tasty. No rave reviews from anyone at the table either. Would not make again. One warning, it makes a very gravy like sauce have bowls handy or thicken additionally.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

made these for Christmas morning and they were awesome! I think this is a new tradition in our house. Recipe is extremely easy. I usually don't like to listen to people run on about all the changes they make to recipes but in this case I did add more brown sugar and replaced raisins which I don't like with pecans. I also made Cinnabon cream cheese frosting instead of glaze.

Orange Cream Cake IV

This was a very dry and flavorless cake with a goopy plastic "frosting". The only thing I can say for it is it is very easy to prepare and would come in handy for a quick bake sale or school item you would give away anyway.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I was expecting this recipe to be incredible and instead it is a very moist but abnoxiously sweet bread. The sour cream just makes the 3 cups of sugar taste like 2 and a half, it adds no flavor of its own. Also, baking time should be adjusted to 1:15 at 325 degrees.
