Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2015
I made this for dinner tonight-- you can amend this recipe to your liking. It is a great starting point. I added 6 cups of chicken broth and 6 cups of water. I added the following seasoning: 2 bay leaves, basil, dill, rosemary. I seasoned the chicken breast before cooking and adding. I also added lots of carrots, garlic, and fresh green beans.

Megan's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
Excellent recipe- i substituted the steak sauce for worchester sauce and it made it nice and moist. I also took the advice to add bread slices to absorb the grease and it was a hit!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
It was very tasty! I would advise more bread crumbs... that's personal preference. I also did not have dijon and used the german stone ground mustard which was a little strong for my taste(i used less than claled for) so I will try the dijon for sure next time. Super easy!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This recipe was excelletn!! If you've never made a cheescake before it is time consuming. I added more crushed oreos for the crust(nice and thick), I baked the cheescake in a water-bath and definitely add more white chocolate chips and raspberry. I don't think you can over do it.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This recipe was verry good! The only thing I'd change is using less artichokes- it was a little to potent for my taste.
