There are many different items I love to cook/bake. My restaruant is an eat-smart restaurant and we are always creating healthy foods and preparing. No food that we serve is pre-purchased.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family had no cooking experience. My experience is based on on-hands learning & training. I attended culinary services at Canadore College in North Bay.
My cooking triumphs
We have a special Salmon Phyllo dish that we are very proud of.
We also have the "best" pastry in the world, we add a special ingredient to ours.
