Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I read a lot of the reviews on this recipe before making it. I was a bit concerned about my pans as I use LeCreuset cast iron pans and one reviewer said not to use them. However, let me tell you how amazing this fudge was. First of all, my husband absolutely devoured it and ordered me to make a second batch for him to take to work. The batch I took to work for our Christmas party was the ONLY one completely eaten up, and I even had ten requests for the recipe! I've made several variations of this recipe, including one with no nuts, one that was 3/4 chocolate and 1/4 white chocolate on top, and each and every time, it's a smashing success! This is now my standard recipe. LOVE it!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
WOW! This was SUCH a hit at Thanksgiving. I've read reviews about it being 'too' sweet, but not for us. Everyone simply ate it up. I made a double serving as we were feeing 18 and there was not a bit of it left. The only changes I made were adding brown sugar to the sweet potato mix, and instead of nuts (we are not fans) I used crushed cinnamon graham crackers. It was FANTASTIC! So much better than the silly marshmallow stuff.

Southern Style Thanksgiving Green Beans
If I were doing the review based on my own opinion, I would give this 5 stars. From my perspective, these were the best green beans I've ever had. And that's taking into consideration that I live in the deep south and people are fanatic about their beans here. I cooked them on low in the crock pot overnight and LOVED the vinegar in it. I also had to cook 6lbs of beans since we had 18 people to feed.
