Sicilian Ricotta Cheesecake

I had to keep this is the oven for an extra half an hour. It wasnt done in the allotted time. But other than that my family loved it.

Do not make these cookies Here it is the day before Xmas and what a waste of time and money. Stuck to the pans and now I have no cookies and my pans are ruined, also wasted money on buying the extra stuff. If I could I would have given these no stars at all

Zucchini Pineapple Bread II

This is the most wonderful bread I have ever eaten. Even my husband who hates anything green ate it. I gave some to my neighbor, who also, wanted the recipe. You can freeze leftover zucchini and use it for future loafs, (which I did, but make sure you drain it good) and I would recommend spraying the pans. One of my loafs did not want to come out.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Gnocchi I

The best way to do the potatoes is get a "ricer". It makes the potatoes look like long spaghetti. This is the way my Italian Grandmom did it and they melted in your mouth.
