Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
I was worried about the combination of these ingredients, but it turned out great. Next time I will use more salsa (personal taste). Pound chicken before, otherwise chicken can be a little tough.

Use ground turkey if you are concerned with the grease issue. It's what I had on hand and it turned out awesome!!! No grease at all. Also used cream of mushroom instead. Thanks for this one. Will put into rotaion:)

Quick Glazed Pork and Rice Skillet

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
Really good flavor. Was nervous about using apricot and dijon, but it was good. I cut the pork into pieces and it was very tender. Thanks

Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
I am not familiar with too many German dishes, and found this a little bland. I used onion and garlic as another reviewer suggested. Will definately try again, I love all the ingredients, but will probably add Paprika or the like.

Mexicali Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
Great way to make pork chops spicy. Would have been awesome over rice, we had it as is and it was still fantastic. took longer cuz our chops were thicker.

Kielbasa with Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
fantastic! My Sprouts were frozen, so I boiled them in water for a while first, then used that water instead of oil. So easy and since we are not big fans of noodles had it over rice instead. My honey dislikes brussel sprouts and even he admitted that it was good.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
I use whole wheat flour for all of my baking and have gotten used to the density, but these were fluffy and amazing! I was out of vanilla extract, so I used orange extract. Really good also!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Good! Used low sodium teriyaki and low sodium bacon. Would have been too salty otherwise.

Kielbasa Fried Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
I did change a few things. I used low sodium soy sauce, and scrambled the eggs before adding them. We like spicy, so I added 1/4 tsp of Paprika and about a tablespoon of red chili powder. I also diced a small can of pineaple chunks, and added them slowly till I liked the flavor. I only used about 1tsp of the juice. It was fantastic!!! No leftovers tonight:)

Oregano-Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Wonderful! Chicken was very moist and good flavor. I used chicken breasts instead of thighs. I cut them into strips, marinated for 1.5 hours and used all the recommended oregano. We loved it! And it was so easy. Thanks so much!
