Retired from the U.S. Navy in 1996. I have been an avid at home cook since i graduated High School in 1985. My wife is on a Low Fat / Diabetic diet, so i enjoy coming up with, or finding to things to cook for her, that she will enjoy.

Polish, German, and European type dishes. My Mother used to make the best Rack of Lamb i have ever tasted !
