Savory Chicken Breasts
I have made this recipe for years and it is so an easy and delicious for company. I serve it with rice so I use 2 cans of soup for extra sauce. I use chardonnay in place of milk and a box of Stove-top stuffing(dry),instead of breadcrumbs. These changes put this recipe over the top taste wise.

Baby Zucchini Salad
I just whipped this up because I had some baby zucchini that I was going to cook and saw this recipe. I like the raw option for veggies whenever possible. I used cilantro which was suggested in another review instead of basil and since I had a lime, I added lime zest as well. I used 3 T oil and 2T of Oliver's 25 year old barrel aged balsamic. Wow, so refreshing and the lime and cilantro knock it out of the park! I will definitely make this often. Thanks Lizabeth.

Fried Matzoh
This sounded like an original idea for breakfast so I thought I'd give it a try. It sounded a little bland for us so I added some sauteed onion and some cheese and more salt and pepper. Even with that it was still bland. My husband felt perhaps if you put salsa on it it would be better. I tried it with some sour cream on top like you would do for a potato pancakes and that made it more interesting. I also tried a bit with a spicy sour cream jalapeno cheese dip and that seemed to do the trick. I made two of these since the recipe was for one serving but actually one was plenty for two people. I'll reheat the other one and try it with the salsa tomorrow.
