Coconut Cream Pie I

Delicious!! I used coconut milk as others suggested, and coconut pudding, and it was awesome! Easy to make too, I had never made a coconut cream pie before and it was so yummy!

Slow Cooker Ribs

This was o.k., but I found it didn't have much flavour at all. I followed the recipe to a tee, but it was underwhelming. Meat tasted quite bland I thought.

these did not turn out very good, there seemed to be way too much oil, and they were quite dense and on the tougher side, and not fluffy as I had hoped. Followed the recipe to the T, so not sure what happened.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

It was good, but I agree with the too much oil comment, seems excessive!! Icing makes too much, more than needed.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

very yummy, chewy and delicious but 4 cups of chocolate chips is far too much, (I doubled it, so regular recipe calls for 2) I used 3 cups for a double batch and it was still ALOT of choc. chips, maybe half would be good next time..otherwise this recipe is a keeper!!!
