Chili Dog Casserole II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
My family loves hot dogs and I came across this receipe while searching for a quick meal I could prepare for dinner. I have to agree with another reviewer that the 2 cans of chili was barely enough, especially in a 9" x 13" pan. I also used corn tortillas instead of flour, since that is all I had on hand and placed diced onions and tomatoes on the chili and cheese topping. My family thought it was great!

Pizza Pasta

This recipe was quick, easy, and delicious! My husband and toddler son loved it! I did add a little more sauce than what the recipe called for, but other than that, I followed it exactly! It had a great taste! I will be making this dish at family gatherings too!

Chicken Katsu

Growing up in Hawaii, I am very familiar with this dish. This particular recipe is very good and exemplifies the basic recipe amoungst our very diverse culture here. I think it is wonderful! Combined with white rice, tonkatsu sauce, and served over shredded cabbage, we call this meal a traditional Hawaiian Plate Lunch!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
I thought it was ok...my husband really liked it. After making it, I thought that it might make a good burrito filling, as one reviewer mentioned.I did modify the recipe a bit by using chicken broth to cook the rice in to add more flavor, and while boiling the chicken, I added a little salt, basil, bay leaf, and peppercorns to flavor the water.I didn't have a can of cream of chicken so I used sour cream as a substitute...maybe this is why it turned out a little too "mushy" for my taste. But, it was good. I also used a sweet Maui onion instead of just a normal onion for a milder taste.

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2008
This recipe was easy and delicious!! It did remind me of the Alice Chicken from Outback. I made my own honey mustard dressing and also grilled the chicken breasts rather than broiled them. It turned out wonderful! Thanks for the recipe! I have made this numerous times and my husband loves it!!
