Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake

Batter was very thick and hard to spread. I may have left it in the maximum time and the top and nuts were burned, so watch the time.

Best Cocktail Meatballs

We have been making these meatballs for years and they always disappear. The meat mixture is somewhat sticky so I use a small cookie scoop to form the meatballs. I works great.

Holiday Brie en Croute

I have made baked brie using crescent rolls for number of years. I change up the toppings each year. This year I used raspberry jelly and chopped pecans. It was a hit as usual.
