AWESOME! I cut the recipe in half, since I only had 4 to feed. I started to make it, then realized I didn't have frozen hashbrowns! I peeled and grated 3 large potatoes instead and it worked just fine! great recipe, will definitely make again.

YUM! I was worried that the breading wasn't going to work, I felt like I couldn't coat it very thick...but it melded together and worked awesome! great week night recipe!

Salisbury Steak

Wonderful recipe! I followed the ingredients for the mean patties to a tee. I then browned them on both sides in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Then transfered them to a foil lined baking dish. I put a few slices of vidalia onion over the top as well as a can of sliced mushrooms. I took the advice of another post and made gravy out of Lipton Beefy onion soup mix. poured it over the top, coverd with foil and baked it at 350 for about 30 minutes! rave reviews from the kids. finally...a new idea for dinner with hamburger.

Breakfast Pies

only used 1/2 pkg of sausage. added some red pepper. sprinkled a little bit of pepper and mustard powder in the egg mixture. ended up having to use 5 eggs. They are a hit! they'd be wonderful for an on the go breakfast.

Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese

TANGY AND YUMMY! finally, a potato with total zip! I didn't add the mint, cuz I didn't have any, and I also threw in a little "greek" seasoning mix. Will for sure make again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Awesome! I did a few things different, I added some fresh garlic to the onions/butter, and I added some poultry seasoning in the sauce. I also had to have some diced, cooked potato! I baked the bottom crust for bit. The recipe is awesome!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

look out KFC...this recipe is AWESOME! I think I added a few more things in...I wanna say some lawry's seasoning salt, increased the garlic, salt and pepper, nothing crazy. I didn't measure the spices, just used these measurements as a guide. I used a cup of milk with a squirt of bottled lemon juice instead of the buttermilk cuz I didn't have any on hand. these fry up perfectly and are sssssoooooo good!

Super Bowl Bites

Amazing! a much easier way to make sliders! the onion soup mix is way too much though...cut it in half or even a quarter. a shake or two of some dried minced onion doesn't hurt either! i also spread some dill pickle relish on a few! yummy! will make over and over!

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

This was very good, we ate it as a side dish with some Scoops chips. I'm not a fan of Velveeta's taste though...I need to find a milder cheese to make this perfect.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Enchiladas

wonderful wonderful recipe. The only thing I changed is that I make a red enchilada sauce, and dip the tortillas in the sauce before assembling. Then pour a little more sauce over them, then top with sliced black olives and fresh cilantro! the whole family loves them!
