Great recipe! I added more sugar as one of the reviews suggested and it was oh so good but you could really taste the sugar. Next time I will follow the recipe. So easy and so tasty, my kids loved them

Chicken Stew with Dumplings

The taste of this stew is delicious! I'm not a big fan of dumplings so next time I will add a thickner such as cornstarch or flour and eat this recipe as a nice stew with fresh buns!

Butter Tarts II

Couldn't have asked for a better tart recipe. I didn't have lemon extract but the vanilla was perfect. They rose up and browned beautifully!

Baked Ham with Maple Glaze

I took a chance and made this for the first time for a dinner party. It was a hit. Moist, full of flavour. I didn't have bourbon or the correct vinegar and used balsamic vinegar and it turned out great! Thank you
