Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
This was really good. I used boneless chicken breast. Cut down the cooking time to about 40 mins and boiled for about 5 mins at the end for the carmelized loook. Great dish!

A Very Popular BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
This was very good. I made it as is and then I made it with a few changes. Omited the water, added 2 teaspoons of liquid smoke(hickey) 4 more dashes of hot sause, omited the salt and added about 1/2 teaspoon of crushed peppers and about 4 shakes of chilli powder. I love it! I think I have found my sauce!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Loved it! I ussed a Boston Butt because that is how my mother made it when we were children. I liked the roort beer. I did a bit of a rub and might soak it over night next time and I made my own sauce. It's great, I hope my husband loves it as much as I do!

This dish is awesome! I only made 2 changes change as suggested and uses 1 cup of 2% milk in place of the cream and a whole cup of the cheese. My fiance and daughter love this!

Potato Soup with Fish and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This is great! I only did two things different but everything else I followed. I realized I didn't have cream so I used 2% milk, same amount and I didn't add the fish, I wanted to try it w/out it. This was amazing! I put the salt in at the end. When i served I added bacon on top and a little cheese and this was better than any restraurant! I'm doing this again!

Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
This was really good! Good thing I listened to the others and brought a strainer. It was very thick but great. I did change a few things: I only used 1/2 c of sugar, 5 cups of watermelon ( my blender couldn't take 8 cups and I knew it would get to thick.) and a cup of lemon juice. I think I'll also use this as a base for a cocktail for my next dinner party. Thanks for the drink!

Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
The over all concept is great! I did add scallions and more cream cheese than crab. My shells blew up and all my mixtures can out. I think it was because I let it set in the frig for a while after I had prepared before I fried them. I'll try again and cook them right away.

Chicken Chimichangas

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
Really a four and a half. I didn't do the beans nor the topping and I accidentally picked up the green enchilada sauce and not the red but this still came out great! I'm doing it again and have shared with all I know. I baked it as suggested by other reviews
