Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

This is the best recipe for Pumpkin Bread I've ever tried. I have friends that have stomach problems and can't eat a lot of fruits or nuts. They just loved it, also it did not bother their stomach's. In fact they are leaving for Europe and asked if I could make them a loaf to take on their trip.

Pumpkin Cake II

Saltine Toffee Cookies

I made this for my Son to take to his office. Asked how they liked it, he said they kept coming back for more. I'm making it again for his office and for the family to have on Christmas Eve. I used parchment paper and it worked great. Thank you , I'll be making this for a lot of occasions.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

I tried this recipe the other day and I was very happy with the outcome. I put the cookies in the cookie jar and 2 days later they were gone. I did add mini m&m's and I also used super crunchy peanut butter. The hunky peanut butter took it I thought to another level. This is a real keeper.

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

I made this tonite to go with meatloaf and broccoli. It was very good, next time I make it I will cut the apples slices in half. Smaller pieces will make the apples cook a lot faster.
