Honey Mustard Sauce

this sauce is just as good as any restraunt style honey mustard sauce. I love it and my kids love it. We eat it with our chicken tenders. And not to mention oh so simple to make.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

I made these for a get together my family had at church and they turned out AWESOME! I've had those frozen poppers before and liked them so decided to make my own. These are sooooo tasty and not spicy either. some peppers were a little hotter than others but for the most part the heat was not an issue. one word of advice though WEAR GLOVES when de seeding the peppers. my fingers were burnning like crazy afterwards. I knew better but was too much in a hurry and ended up paying the price. WEAR GLOVES. but enjoy. This recipe is well worth the effort for any occasion

Sloppy Joes II

This is a great last minute recipe. I live in bolivia and it's not very convient here as it is in the us to grab a can of Manwich and this recipe makes an easy soloution to a fast dinner. it was a little sweet for my wow reaction but it was pretty good. I will make it again and maybe try a different brand of ketchup cause the one I used was a little sweet as it was. Overall this is a great recipe, fast, easy, and usually all these ingredients are on hand.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

This was my first time making tomato soup from anything but a can, and it turned out great! and it was not complicated at all. I did not have a food processer or food mill or anything like it, so I just used a regular sive/ strainer with really tiny holes. I doubled the recipe and added one whole red onion cut in half and in addition to the cloves I added 1 - 2 cloves of garlic (depending on how you like garlic) I followed the directions in the recipe on what to do and when. Also when making the roux mixture I added a cup of milk to the roux heated until thickened a little and added it into the tomato liquid after straining the tomatos (and I did not peel or seed the tomatos and I had no problem) I did not have any basil but I did add oregano and it tasted fantastic! and not to mention my 1 1/2 year old son and 3 year old daughter finished the bowl of soup I gave them. This recipe is a keeper. As I said we doubled the recipe and two adults and two little ones almost finished it off.
