About this Cook
I am a mother of almost 3. I have been cooking as long as I can remember. I love to look at recipes and then change the recipe around to make it my own.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook vegetarian, thai, vietnamese, Indian, I actually will cook anything that looks good
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family has many German cooking traditions - So, I love to cook and to eat Russian-German cooking, including, butter balls, cabbage burgers - dumplings
My cooking triumphs
I have created my own spaghetti sauce that my husband LOVES - I haven't posted it yet - as I still need to sit down and figure out what it has in it! I also make some very good granola
My cooking tragedies
I have tried to creat some vegetarian meals where the meat substitute just didn't cut it - but hey you win some you lose some
