Cinnabun Cookies
Huge hit at the office! After reading the reviews I eliminated the drops of cinnamon/butter/sugar mixture onto the cookie sheet. I made a glaze of confectioner sugar, milk and cinnamon and placed that on top of the cookies right after I took them out of the oven. I made a mistake with the first batch and took them out to soon because I was afraid that they were getting too brown. These cookies can handle being in the oven for 9-10 minutes (they will look dark brown but they are not burned). Fantastic recipe!

Carrot Cake III
After reading the reviews and I was worried the cake would sink....and it did. Tastes great, looks terrible.

Cream Cheese Squares
The filling is to die for in this recipe! So simple but tastes like it was created in an upscale bakery. I improvised a bit with this recipe. I didn't use crescent dough, instead I used phyllo dough. I placed two layers of the 9"x14" pyllow dough down and burshed with 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 tsp of cinnamon. I repeated this step 5 times. When the layers were complete I used a pizza cutter and created 3"x3" squares, I then placed 2 tsp of the cream cheese mixture into each and folded up into "purses". Baked purses for 20-25 min in a 350 degree heated oven (or until golden brown). After taking out the oven I drizzled 3 Tbsp of butter mixed with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to give it a little something special. I let the purses cool on the rack for 10 min before removing. This recipe is best served warm but honestly, you can still have them cold.
