Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies I
I added less sugar (skipped the white sugar), used real butter, an extra egg, and 1 cup less of oats, and as well cut down the sweet chips by half, as less sugar is better for us, and I added a handfull of raisins. They remind me of Granny's oatcakes from Scotland.

Rasta Pasta
This sounds like a pasta we had near New Orleans at Razoo's....I absolutely loved it. Thanks Linda, it brought back wonderful memories. YUMMY!

Pot Stickers (Chinese Dumplings)
These pot stickers are wonderfully tasty. I did use ground turkey instead of the beef, but they still turned out fantastic. You can do up a batch and freeze them for nights you have guests over, they're a wonderful hor d'oeuvre too. I use my beef to make my samosas, so there will be a variety.
