Simple White Bread
All time go to recipe now. Easy and fast. I make the recipe twice and end up with 3 loaves of bread for the week and a dozen rolls for sandwiches or hamburgers. It makes great garlic toast and sandwiches as well as awesome French Toast. I followed the directions to a point and then went by touch when it came to kneading and adding the last of the flour to the dough. Smooth and elastic is what you are looking for...not sticky.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls
This is a fabulous recipe! I did fry the rolls though. My teens love these and ask for them often. Easy to prepare and they are a make ahead item that can go in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook. I also put the pork in a small food processor and gave it a whirl so that the pork would distribute better in the roll. Please note: I will always use cilantro at a minimum because I find that it does tend to overpower a dish.

Carrot Cake
This cake is the easiest and the moistest. I love it. I get raves every time I make it. I do not use nuts or rasins. As for the frosting, I make mine a little different so I cannot comment on that portion of the recipe. This is a keeper in my book.
