Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This is absolutely wonderful!! Takes a lot of time to chop up everything but AMAZING! One more note... when it says so many servings it means that. I made 10 servings thinking my husband and I would eat most of it since the servings are usually so little but I can eat this everyday and have leftovers all week. Scale it down if it is just a few eating.
