World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
This is absolutely sensational! I've made this recipe a number of time (used less sugar - depending on the acidity of the tomatoes) and it received rave reviews from everyone. This is the only meat lasagna recipe I make. Love the sauce over regular pasta as well. Thanks!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
Good, old fashioned grilled cheese. I lightly.. very lightly, smear French's mustard on the inside of one of the slices of bread and it really adds a nice flavor. Two slices of cheese too.

Dad's Hamburger Gravy

We call this SOS at our house.. good old Army food. I don't use the chicken bouillon granules but do use everything else and it's so delicious. We eat it over toast. Love love love this.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
Excellent in every way! SO delicious. This recipe has become a family favorite. The topping is very good, adds a nice little crunch -- I did add a few chopped almonds on top of the peaches, then put on the crust... just trying to use the toasted almonds. Not too sweet, which we like. Thanks for sharing this excellent recipe. I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe.

Caramel Ice Cream with sea salt

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
After I made this and put it in the freezer it seemed the taste changed and we decided we didn't like it! Sorry I posted this recipe. I made it in a cooking class but it's definitely not the same. Blech.

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
Delicious. I made mine with freshly roasted beets which makes a huge difference in deepening the beet flavor. Another thing I did, because I was in a hurry when I made the soup, is that I added a jar of Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage. Absolutely delicious. I am Eastern European.

Barley Mushroom Risotto

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
Yummmm! I added onions, slat and pepper to taste. A little more butter too, but I love anything with butter. :-) Reminded me of a soup my dad used to make. Thanks!

Pork Tenderloin with Pepper Jelly and Gorgonzola

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
I made this recipe a while ago and couldn't find my written copy and FINALLY was able to find it here. GREAT GREAT GREAT! I don't understand the comments about oily and bland. Only 4 Tbls of olive oil and the sauce is made with pepper jelly. I did mix a little hot and mostly mild jelly with it. My husband loves this recipe and I have used it for a very special anniversary party and it was a huge hit. Everyone asked for the recipe. Thanks for posting this! I'll be looking for more of your recipes. Just made this recipe again for company. I can't tell you how many compliments I received. This recipe is a keeper!
