Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
Absolutely wonderful! I used some in wraps, some in hard shells (my boys preference), and some in a "taco" salad (without the shell to save on calories). It was excellent. Will definitely be making this again. I did add a bit more salsa, jalapenos (we like spicy), and used the 15 oz can of tomato sauce.

So good! Everyone liked it. It's a great way to get kids to eat their broccoli. Will definitely be making it again. So easy too.

BREAKSTONE'S Triple Chocolate Bliss Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I am not a cake fan. It is the one dessert that I can pass on. But this is no ordinary cake! Everyone in the family raved about this recipe. More than one person went back for seconds even after a large Christmas meal. Will be making this again for sure.

Dijon Garlic Salmon

Huge hit with the whole family! I have a really hard time getting my boys (12 and 7 year old twins) to eat fish. They asked for seconds with this dish. Will be adding this to our dinner rotation.

Brigadeiro

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
My older son actually made these for a class project on South America. Super easy to make (my son is 12 and needed no assistance) and a big hit with his 7 year old brothers. Fun dish to make with them since they can do most of the steps on their own.

Chutney Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
Amazed at how much my husband and older son enjoyed this dish. Younger boys found it a bit too spicy, but overall will be making this dish again. Might try it with other types of chutney as well.

Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
I love this salsa recipe, and I have tried many being from the Southwest. I usually add an extra jalepeno because we like ours hot, and I use the McCormick sea salt and garlic grinder for extra flavor. Always a hit!

LuvAnn's Guacamole

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
I make this guacamole for almost every potluck and it is one of the first dishes to disappear. It is easy and delicious. I add a smidge less onion and a bit more cilantro just because we enjoy it that way. Would recommend this recipe for any avacado lover!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
My family is usually not big on chicken, but this one received rave reviews from all 4 of my guys! I'm always happy when I find a recipe that can please two 5 year olds, a 10 year old, and a 32 year old. I had to use grated cheese because it was all I had on hand, and I do think that fresh would have been better. I also used thin sliced chicken which turned out to be a great choice. Excellent!
