Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
Absolutely wonderful! I used some in wraps, some in hard shells (my boys preference), and some in a "taco" salad (without the shell to save on calories). It was excellent. Will definitely be making this again. I did add a bit more salsa, jalapenos (we like spicy), and used the 15 oz can of tomato sauce.

Spring Salad
So good! Everyone liked it. It's a great way to get kids to eat their broccoli. Will definitely be making it again. So easy too.

Dijon Garlic Salmon
Huge hit with the whole family! I have a really hard time getting my boys (12 and 7 year old twins) to eat fish. They asked for seconds with this dish. Will be adding this to our dinner rotation.
