The best sugar cookies so far. I am satisfied with how much you can make with a small amount of ingredients. I experimented with various types of extras, and found that some cinnamon added inside/anise and sugar coating work the best. Maybe a little too crunchy for my taste, but I'll make them again.

Very good! I couldn't resist adding a few chopped mushrooms, but it turned out wonderfully all the same. I got only compliments for it. Great recipe, thanks a lot.

All American Apple Pie

It turned out a little too sweet for me. Loved the crust! Even though the topping was soft and fell apart when cutting it up.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Very tasty, although not as successful as most of the things I make are. The taste was excellent, indeed, but it was too watery, and I followed the recipe exactly as said. I guess I will just repeat it in a few months. Anyways, a slight change I loved - I added a few mls of walnut liquor, and everyone loved it. In any case - a great recipe. :)

Vegetarian Carrot Cake

Very easy to make. I changed it a bit, and works fine with 1/5 of the oil and more sugar. I also added some raisins and oats, and used hazelnuts instead of walnuts.
