Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
This is a very good mainara! I followed recipe as well as added 1 tbs. of brown sugar and waaaay more garlic. Also added one half of a jalapeno pepper from our garden for alittle kick;) Will have w/ thick spaghetti noodles, garden salad and Chianti as the wine. Nice....

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
AWESOME! Loved it! We used a boneless pork but. Only slow cooked it on low for about 4-5 ish hours and it was done. I guess it depends on your slow cooker. SOOOOOOOOO easy! We used leftovers for tacos and wraps.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
Very Good!! Followed recipe. Doubled sauce and served over jasmine rice w/ steamed broc. on the side. Slow cooked about 4 hours on low. Removed pork loin and slighty thickened sauce with flour on stove (I have a ceramic pot). YUM!! AND SO EASY! Loved the spice the peppers added ( I used pepper flakes). Looks just like the picture. We will eat for 2-3 evenings for it is just for me and hubby:)

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2013
I think these are delicious! I make a bed of greens or fresh baby spinach and put 2 patties on top. However, it does taste delicious on a French bun...but it is more fattening that way! The sauce to me is perfect. I add a bit more lemon because I am a lemon freak. Just give them a try since they are so easy to prepare. If you are making them as burgers to put on a bun make them bigger and only four patties. Serve with salad greens or sweet potato fries.
