Spicy Crispy Beef

Very good recipe!! Great flavor. Tried it as originally stated above, but found I wanted to adjust a thing or two... The sauce, if you like it hot, use the chili paste as directed. However, I have two little girls, and they are not quite there yet, so I halved it. Also, I like the sauce a little thicker, so I whisked up some corn starch (2 to 3 tablespoons) and added it to the sauce... that really gave the sauce some "stick". Last thing... slice the meat "thin", 1/8" or less and you will have a good crunchy meat... go 1/4" and of course you will give it a little more "chew". Definitely worth a try if you like Chinese style food.

Kidney Beans and Corn

Made this for my husband... who pretty much only eats meat. He has to increase his fiber intake, so beans are a good option. Made the recipe as described and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. A new favorite "meatless" dish for my husband, a first!
