Very good recipe!! Great flavor. Tried it as originally stated above, but found I wanted to adjust a thing or two... The sauce, if you like it hot, use the chili paste as directed. However, I have two little girls, and they are not quite there yet, so I halved it. Also, I like the sauce a little thicker, so I whisked up some corn starch (2 to 3 tablespoons) and added it to the sauce... that really gave the sauce some "stick". Last thing... slice the meat "thin", 1/8" or less and you will have a good crunchy meat... go 1/4" and of course you will give it a little more "chew". Definitely worth a try if you like Chinese style food.
