Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
This is the best spaghetti sauce recipes ever!!! First, I am a tomato sauce snob and have been using the recipe for a few months now and I have never been disappointed. While it looks quite basic it is actually quite flavorful. The meatball are also great, turning out well each time I have made them. Cant lose, great recipe

Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Perfect week night grilling. I put everything in the fridge in the morning, got home from work and slammed it on the grill. I used beef tenderloin, because it is what I had around, it was great but I imagine that most anything you slam in the marinade will turn out well.

Funky Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
This was something of a departure from most of the cooking that I do as it contains a lot of beans. Despite looking heavy on beans the dish actually balances out quite well. This is one meat and potatoes guy that was impressed.

Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
Way too easy! Making quality fudge used to be a big production with jars of marshallow creme, sugar, coaco powder, and lot of time spent feveriously stirring trying to prevent it all from burning. In under 4 minutes in the microwave I was able to produce fudge with a smooth texture and a rich taste I used milk chocolate chips). Since all you are doing is melting chips, I would suggest setting the power level on your microwave to medium and stirring every minute or so, until melted and smooth.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
On the whole a good cheescake recipe. Texture is firm and fullbodied but lacks complex favors. I would suggest increasing the sugar to 2cups and adding a stripped vanilla bean to the batter, or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
I was incredibly happy with the dough. Texture was great, with a suprisingly good flavor. I suggest starting the dough in your bread machine. This way you can slam the ingredients together and sit back and watch some TV. Dough can be made ahead and stored in the fridge in a ziplock. I had no problems taking it directly from the fridge and slamming it into the oven.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
On the whole a very good meatloaf recipe! Meat is perhaps a little to sugary for my tastes. Addittionaly I would parrot some of the other reviewers and be sure to put glaze on the top. Drippings mingling with the brown sugar was not that pretty of a sight.
