Fresh Tomato Salsa

I love this recipe. Its quick and easy and delicious. I add about one clove of garlic and about 3 different colored bell pepers. I also use all the serrano chiles but add 1 diced mango to this and it helps keep it mild

Southern Seafood Gumbo

I loved this meal and so did the medic station I cooked it for. I did add a little more celery, yellow and red peppers to this and some scallops and crab. Overall I was more than happy with it and so was the EMs staff that ate it
