I love to bake! I am also getting pretty good on the grill.
My cooking tragedies
I habitually put in baking soda when it calls for powder, and vice versa. That calls for a very unpleasant surprise when biting into a baked good. Now I triple check myself before adding to the batter :o)

Carrot Cake III
Wow!! I took this to Easter dinner at my grandmothers and EVERYONE loved it. Some people compared it to carrot cakes from restaurants; which made me feel GREAT! A yummy, moist cake that is worth the time spent.

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie
This is a staple item in our dinners. I usually chop up some potatoe and add it to the mix. Yum.
