I took 3 years of Food Service in High School. I've worked in food service once I became old enough to do so lol I've worked in alot of bakeries, and moved on up to a bakery manager for a few years till I had my daughter. Now I'm a SAHM.

I don't think there is any? I made my own tradition .. I don't use any oil when I fry food (not deep fry) .. believe it or not .. I use water! Meats have their own fats why add more ;)

haha I worked in a deli once and I got old enough to actually use the chicken fryer .. lol It was a 4th of July weekend, packed with chicken orders and I was going crazy lol The fryer need more oil and I got side tracked and pick up something that I though was the oil n it was WATER! not good not good at all .. a big old mess it made and it was scary too! And we got more backed up LOL opps! lol
