Super Easy Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2012
This has been a standby snack at my house for years because I don't like the added sugar or marshmallow creme (and cream cheese is very expensive with 4 bottomless pit children! haha)W make ours in single servings so it is more customizable. Equal parts of Yogurt to Cool-Whip seems to be about right for our tastes. If you want a "stiffer" consistency just add more cool-whip. This is super delicious on apples or strawberries and we never have any leftovers. Also tried it on chunks of Canteloupe and seemed to get good reviews from my kiddos. :) *tip* when seasonal cool-whips come out....... try this with strawberry yogurt and chocolate cool-whip...... soooooooooo good. haha :)

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Oh. MY. GOD. haha that about sums it up! This is a delicious and super easy weeknight dinner. Even my 1.5, 3 and 5 year olds devoured it! I took other reviewers suggestions and seasoned/seared the meat first and the results were amazing. I may just have to add this to my weekly menu list! :)

Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
Best Cocolate chip cookie recipe I have found on the net so far (and trust me we have tried many.....). I substituted 1&1/2 teaspoons of Almond extract for the vanilla and used semisweet chips for the choco-chunks. Based on previous cookie baking experiences I also chose to reduce the heat to 325 and cooked for aprox. 10-12 mins. or untill just starting to turn brown. The result.....a fantastic melt-in-your-mouth cookie that is slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. :) None of the cookies from our first batch lasted long enough to cool completely. :) Kudos on a great recipe!! I Highly recommend.

Amy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
This is by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have tried from this site (even considering my alterations!!). We used DevilsFood flavoured pudding mix, and 50/50 chocolte and peanutbutter chips. We also, used ALL brown sugar and white as well as omitted the vanilla because we didn't have any of either on hand today. Absolutely delicious!! They are super easy too!! My 2 year old really enjoyed that she was able to help make these. :)
