Salsa Squash

Very good. I used yellow squash, added more cheese and put crushed ritz crackers on top and drizzled melted butter on top. It was a nice change.

Cheesy Corn Casserole

I loved it. I took other viewers advice and decreased time by 10 minutes and it was very moist. Next time I will add all the cheese inside and none on top and add more than it required, I love cheese.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I added 1/2 lb more sausage, 2 more eggs and added more cheese on top and didn't sit overnight. I made it and cooked it same morning and only cooked it for 45 min and covered 1st half. It turned out fabulous.

Chicken Pot Pie I

loved it. I used 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom & 1 can cream of celery. 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegies, salt and pepper and cooked bottom crust 10 minutes then mixed all ingredience then topped with 2nd pie crust.

Cheesy Stuffed Shells

I loved it! I did make a couple of changes. I put some sauce on the bottom first and I used a 24oz jar total. I subed 6oz of sour cream instead of ricotta and doubled parm cheese. I only used a 12oz box of shells.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

I cooked this exactly as directed and it was amazing, the only thing I did different was after I shredded the meat I did not return it to the slow cooker because it was too greesy and thin. I put all the shredded meat in a deep dish and added some of the original sauce and additional BBQ sauce and then it was moist and full of flavor.

Slow Cooker Casserole

Everything tasted great until I added the ramen noodles which ruined the whole thing for me. In our family we have 2 semi-picky and 2 that will eat anything and everybody felt the same. Next time I will serve the mixture over noodles and not add it in.

Shoyu Chicken

We loved it! I couldn't grill it so I baked it in the oven @ 400 for an hour. I used a whole cut up chicken with no skin and left a little marinade in the bottom to baste chicken as it cooked. I poured the rest of the marinade into a sauce pan and cooked it for 10 minutes then thicken it with cornstarch like other reviewer suggested. It was a perfect sauce and the flavor was amazing. I only changed 2 things. I didn't use an onion but onion powder and I used ginger paste not root.

Breaded Ranch Chicken

Very good but very salty. Worth cooking again but next time I will only use 1/2 the pack of ranch salad dressing mix. I also used chicken cutlets and cooked in my electric skillet with a little olive oil. So yummy with a crunchy coating.

We loved it. I did make same changes. i added auted mushrooms and 1/2 lb. shrimp. I took othere viewer changes too, I "sweated"the eggplant, used 3/4 lb pasta, added alot more spinach and reduced lemon juice to 2 tbsp though I'll do 3 next time. and used 3/4 cup parm in dish then sprinkled a little more on each plate as I served it. very good!
