Chicken Meatballs and Spaghetti

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2012
Very moist and delicious. I made a few changes. I 1/2 the recipe & baked it for 10 min then let them simmer in a jar of Barrilla Marinara for 20 min. Next time I'll cut back on Italian seasoning & add garlic

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
Very good, whole family loved it. I only had an 11 oz can of whole corn and it was no biggie. I did have to cook it longer, maybe 10-15 min longer for golden brown.

Cooked for 30 min. It had Perfect consistency & we all loved it!

Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Loved it but too salty. Will use low sodium next time. I used mince garlic, steak seasoning and 1/2 the liquid smoke and 2 tbl sp olive oil. I wish they would have given a cook temp and time suggestion. I sprayed pan w/non stick & cooked it in the marinade @400 for 20-30 min.

Breaded Ranch Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Very good but very salty. Worth cooking again but next time I will only use 1/2 the pack of ranch salad dressing mix. I also used chicken cutlets and cooked in my electric skillet with a little olive oil. So yummy with a crunchy coating.

Shoyu Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
We loved it! I couldn't grill it so I baked it in the oven @ 400 for an hour. I used a whole cut up chicken with no skin and left a little marinade in the bottom to baste chicken as it cooked. I poured the rest of the marinade into a sauce pan and cooked it for 10 minutes then thicken it with cornstarch like other reviewer suggested. It was a perfect sauce and the flavor was amazing. I only changed 2 things. I didn't use an onion but onion powder and I used ginger paste not root.

Slow Cooker Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
Everything tasted great until I added the ramen noodles which ruined the whole thing for me. In our family we have 2 semi-picky and 2 that will eat anything and everybody felt the same. Next time I will serve the mixture over noodles and not add it in.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
I cooked this exactly as directed and it was amazing, the only thing I did different was after I shredded the meat I did not return it to the slow cooker because it was too greesy and thin. I put all the shredded meat in a deep dish and added some of the original sauce and additional BBQ sauce and then it was moist and full of flavor.
