I give this recipe a FIVE star. In the beginning, I have to say I had my doubt the way the dough turned out. When I trusted in all those good reviews and tried it out. They turned out to be the best thing. Crunchy and yet moist at the same time. Absolutely love these. Now, I have to figure out how I can restrain myself from eating them all.

I have made different recipes for the roll out cookies and I found this one to be simple and the best. One thing i'd like to share with everyone is that, when i made the frosting, I mix powder sugar and hazelnut coffee creamer, the sugar free kind, instead of milk or water. The result is always amazing. The flavoring compliments the cookies well. I tried to use hazelnut extract instead of the creamer but the result was not the same. In my family's opinion, the coffee creamer is the best.

Very good bread. I wish I should have listened to some of the reviews. I used pam spray inside the loaf pan but that wasn't enough. My bread stuck to the bottom of the pan. That was party because I didn't wait until the loafs were cooled. I tried to remove them right away to cool off quicker. It was a BIG mistake. My kids who loath Zucchini loved it. They still ate it even after I told them Zukes were in it.

I have been looking for a Japanese salad dressing since I went to the local Japanese restaurant. It has a distant taste store bought dressing can offer. When I found this recipe and read the review, I knew I had to try it out. I follow the recipe everything it says except the peanut oil. I use canola oil since I never buy peanut oil for cooking. It turned out just like the salad dressing I remember. Now, the search is OVER. Thank you for this easy and wonderful recipe.

Like everyone here; the best banana bread recipe ever. I normally hate making a new recipe because they always ask for some things I don't have handy. Just so happen I have all the ingredients it calls for. I am a rebel in my own right. I almost never follow a recipe. so, here are little things I did. I only had three babanas at home. I made half the recipe and used a regular loaf pan instead of small loaf pans. Put sour cream more and cut the butter in half. Use half the sugar and substitute the other half with brown sweetener. Baked for 1 hour and 35 mins in the oven. The bread was so good. The kids ate almost entire loaf at one sitting. I will be making it again for sure.

these cookies are healthy alternative with no butter or flour. we didn't have enough walnut so we used hazelnut as well. The dough was easy to work with and we had no trouble rolling them into balls and they stayed that way after you baked them. I used fresh grated coconuts, which I prefer, and it turned out really well. We even sprinkled powered sugar for decoration. I can see why some people don't like it but they really don't taste bad. You just have to past this mind set of traditional cookies with flour and butter in order to appreciate it.

Mine didn't turn out spongy like all the reviews said it would. Nonetheless, the taste is quite good. Not too sweet and not too creamy. I whipped my egg whites for like 15 minutes in a mixer but it didn't look too foamy like most whipped egg whites. I am not sure what I did wrong and why my egg white didn't whip well. Wish it would have turned out the way I wanted. Like I said, I still like the taste. Will try to make it again and see I get lucky next time

I have always been a fan of raspberry cookies and this is my first time making it at home. They turned out wonderful. We also used mango jam because i like mango and it goes really well with it. I followed exactly what the recipe said and it turned out very well.

It is an amazing homemade salsa but I made a lot of changes. Nothing against the original recipe. I made some modifications to fit my taste. I like spicy food but for salsa, I like sweet, tangy and fruity. Here are the changes I made to this recipe and turned out wonderful and hard to resist. :-) 3/4 cup of shopped cilantro 2 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 Cup of shredded pineapple with juice

These cookies are quite good. I am a coconut lover and a rebel. I always later the recipe to my liking and i don't like sweet cookies. So here a a few simple changes I made. I add a few drops of coconut extract in addition to Valina extract when i mix the dough. Use half of white sugar but packed more brown sugar. I like coconut taste but hate chewing the flakes. In my opinion, those flakes have no coconut flavor. So, i chop the flakes in the food possessor until they are small, but not powder. Mine came out fine and definitely not too sweet. This recipe will be kept in my personal file for sure. :)

I am a fan of melt in your mouth cookies or butter cookies. I made another version of MIYM cookies and they were wonderful and very easy to make. While the taste was good, the cookies fell apart easily. By the time, I was done transferring the cookies to the cookie sheet, most of them either broke apart or fell on the ground. Because of that issue alone, I was unable to put the butter cream on the cookies so we sprinkled powder sugar on top instead. Otherwise, they won't taste sweet at all. While I was not totally disappointed at the taste, I don't think I will be making it again. I like my old one that has fewer ingredients and simpler steps.

It was good but like Lana said it needed of something. I added extra salt and pepper. Still it needed something to stand out. Next time, I make it, I think I will put sliced eggs and maybe a pinch of masala powder. I need to have some sort of spice in my food. Otherwise, plain blend food is quite boring.

Well, I am not sure what i did wrong with this recipe, the cookies didn't turn out well as i hoped. In fact, they didn't look done when we took them out of the oven after 8 mins of baking in 350 degrees. So i increased it to 11 mins and they still didn't look baked all the way. After they were done cooling, to my kids' disappointment, they didn't look good enough to put frosting on. I don't mean to blame on the recipe because it's got many good reviews. I did follow exactly what the recipe said but mine did not turn out okay like the other ones I did in the past. :-(
