Alfredo Sauce
Incredibly simple to make! Alfredo sauce was a last minute decision tonight and all I had on hand was Neufchatel cheese and shredded parmesan/Romano. I also didn't add quite as much milk after reading another review, using only 1 1/3 cups. This will be my go -to recipe for Alfredo sauce.

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
This recipe is very forgiving in that you can use vegetables you have on hand and omit things. I did not use the Italian spices and omitted the garlic (my husband can't eat garlic, poor thing). It was fantastic! Next time I will add some diced green chilis for a bit of spicy heat, but the flavor was great. We had it with honey cornbread muffins.

Sunday's Apple Pie
My husband LOVES this pie. I used 4 Jonagold apples, but I think it could have held 5 or 6 because they are small. I also added an extra 1/4 cup of sugar and reduced the cinnamon to 1/4 tsp (I cannot imagine 2 tsp of cinnamon. It would be overwhelming). This was the first pie I have ever made and it turned out very good. Easy to make.
