WOW-this was great. Used 1/2 the flour and some cornflake crumbs as the breading. 1 Tbsp of butter and some olive oil. 1/4 water and 1/4 red wine as mentioned by others - added Italian seasonings. Served over rice - awesome the next day as leftovers too. Kid approved.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Fantastic recipe! I 4x the recipe and freeze the extra for quick fixing in 2 pizza increments. I use less honey and skip the anchovy paste. Has a nice little kick.

Best Black Beans

I'm not a huge fan of black beans, but these will convert me. I drained the beans and added about 1/2 to 3/4 can of beef broth like others suggested. Also added red peppers, cumin and lime juice.

Lemon Cheese Ball

YUM! Very refreshing for summertime. I used one Pink Lemonade Crystal Light packet and it was wonderful. I didn't form into a ball, just served on a platter with vanilla wafers, animal and graham crackers around it. Saves for days (if you have any left!)
