Great!!!It is one of the most famous dessert, especially at holidays, Christmas and New Years eve. In Corfu, it is the most favorite dessert at Saint Spyridon's day, which is the most glory day on the whole island! They could be even without the eggs. And without putting on the honey surop but some powdered sugar with a lot of cinnamon!!!Delicious!!!

Pumpkin Roll Cake

Very good!!!!It is very easy to make and it is really very delicious. The taste is very special and it is a very good idea for dessert after a nice dinner.

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Excellent!!!In Greece, we don't use pumpkin exept for some traditional pies. But these muffins are an exeptional idea to use and eat pumpkin.Thank you for the recipe!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Excellent!!!!In Greece,we don't use so much peanut butter. So , we don't use it, not even for cookies. But that recipe proves how wrong we are. These cookies are really fantastic!!!I added some chocolate chips, which made them even more gorgeous!!Thank you!!!

Sara's Pumpkin Pie

Very good and very tasty! It's totally different to the way we make pumpkin pies in Greece, but I think it is worth try it! I baked it for a dinner party, but when I tasted it I was sorry I had brought it along! I should had keep it all for myself!!!!

Chocolate Crackle Cookies

Very good!!!Delicious, they are for sure! I would suggest that the sugar to roll them in MUST be poweder white so after the baking the carkles will be more obvious! They are perfect with a cup of coffe!
