French Toast I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I make this with either those thin multigrain bagels or french bread. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on the top while it's in the pan and cut up bananas to put on top! Yumm.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Loved it! Thought that was way too much oil though. Only used 2 tbsp and was still great. I also mixed parm cheese in with the brushetta as well as the mozza. Might try 1 tbsp of balsamic next time. Very delicious!

Red Lentil Curry

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Very good but wound up adding a couple things. Some crushed chilis for extra spice, extra chili powder, some paprika and a little extra tomato. I used a LITTLE extra ketchup at the time because I didn't have anything else but extra sauce/paste or some chopped tomatoes would have been nice! A very delicious and filling meal though. Good for making and eating throughout the week. I've been eating mine on basmati, soo good!

Dad's Pad Thai

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Delicious! I'm a big fan of ginger-y pad thai though, so I added a fair bit of ginger and squirted a little extra lime on the finished dish. Love it.

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
This is delicious, though I agree with others, you can easily half the cream cheese. Next time I make it I might even quarter it. Otherwise followed the recipe, and added some paprika and bits of applewood bacon to it. Mm.

Butternut Squash Pizzas with Rosemary

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
Brushed the pizza crust with a little bit of melted butter, rosemary and garlic. Served with blue cheese dressing drizzled on top. Very good!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
Very tasty! Few changes I made... I used cane sugar as opposed to white sugar for the topping and I added a little blueberry jelly in the middle for some filling as well. Will definitely make again.
